We deliver within Germany, to EU countries, and worldwide upon request. Please note the applicable shipping costs and delivery conditions for international shipments.

International delivery: 3–7 working days (depending on region and customs)

Our logistics partners are DHL for palletized/large packages and DSV for parcel shipments.
Yes – you can enter a different delivery address (e.g., directly to the construction site) during the order process. Partial deliveries are possible upon arrangement.
Only by prior agreement. Unused and flawless goods generally cannot be returned.
Our products have a warranty of at least 24 months. For certain components (e.g., optical technology), extended warranty terms apply.
